Teachers deserve more pay
Before they quit at the end of the day
Time is running out
Teachers are leaving all about
For all the work they do
They tend to be overlooked too
Teachers build up future generations
Just to earn a mere “congratulations”
Don’t forget about students
Who people tend to forget are adolescents
When their mental health is struggling
It leads to all around amplified suffering
So instead of spending money on minuscule things
Use it on things that make students and staff cling
Mandatory mental health time for both
Will make both parties not loathe
School can be fun if you allow it to be
Just a few upgrades and you will see
