Negative Factor

The larger red column shows how far below inflation and enrollment growth each Colorado school district is currently being funded. The last column shows how much each district would receive if the legislature were to restore $200 million of the $1 billion that is cut annually as a result of the legislature’s use of the “negative factor.”
